Mirror, Mirror, On the Wall

Daisy was playing around in our master bathroom as I was getting ready this morning. She kept admiring herself in the mirror of our sliding closet door. A little while later I watched as she moved closer and closer to the glass until it was right in front of her and then gave her reflection several kisses before peaking around the door to the other side.

Daddy's Tie

Fred came into the kitchen holding a button that he found. I told him thank you for bringing it to me. He then said, "This is Daddy's!" I said, "Oh really?" Then Fred said matter-of-factly, "Yes! It's for his tie."

Potty Trains

Recently Fred has shown a lot of interest in going potty. I keep saying that I need to start potty training him, but for one reason or another I keep pushing it off. This morning, however, Fred came into the living room holding his "Thomas the Train" underpants and said, "Mommy, I want my potty trains." So I have bit the bullet and we have begun.
